Job summary

The John Gore Organization is seeking a Marketing Associate to support West Coast campaigns (Seattle, Portland, Fresno, Orange County). You will work with the Marketing Manager, Senior Director of Marketing and PR, and national team to implement tactical West Coast campaigns for our season engagements.

You will coordinate advertising plans, social content calendars, local calendars, and event attendances while maintaining brand consistency and collaborating with partners and venues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing advertising plans with direction from Marketing Manager; communicate with vendors, press agents, and venue partners.
• Assist with requesting season and show creative for all markets; traffic ads for campaigns.
• Draft social content calendars for individual shows and season campaigns across markets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and attend events.
