Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Usher or in a customer service role.
• Ability to work as a team player and adapt to a fast-paced theatre environment.
• Flexible schedule including Wednesday matinees, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with navigation around the auditorium and direct them to seats.
• Support Front of House operations to ensure a magical Broadway experience.
