Location: Broadway Bakery

Reports to: Decorating Lead

Classification: Union 22

Rate of Pay: Up to $28.98 / hour, based on experience

Hours:Sunday – Saturday, evening hours, varies, 11am - 9pm

Individuals Applying For This Position Should Be Willing To

• Make lasting connections with our internal customers
• Decorate cakes using spatula icing, piping, fondant (maybe some air brushing) and create edible images
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
• Assist with receiving products to keep our shelves full
• Train and develop future bakery employees
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary facility
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department

• Knows about cakes, frostings, fillings, and the decorations to ensure a quality final product
