Broadridge offers a multi-area internship program in Business Operations, Finance, Sales, Governance and Risk, Innovation and Strategy, Product Management, and Wealth Management. Interns gain practical assignments, mentorship, and training to build digital literacy and financial acumen.

Interns are assigned to a specific area with opportunities to collaborate organization-wide and deliver a high-impact capstone project addressing real business challenges.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Management, or similar with graduation Fall 2027–Spring 2028.
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
  • Exposure to data analysis or visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and translate information into meaningful business insights.
  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts, appropriate use contexts, and prompt-based workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Agile learner with a passion for learning about the FinTech industry.

Responsibilities

The hourly range for this position is between $25-$35 per hour
