Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee a staff of eight and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure optimal viewing experiences for home events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading live event broadcasts and production operations.
• Strong collaboration with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, production, and execution of Stanford Athletics live broadcasts.
• Oversee video boards, production room equipment, and related tech.
• Recruit, train, and supervise production staff.
• Develop operating budgets and manage asset procurement.
