Job summary

Christ's Church of the Valley in Peoria, AZ, seeks a dedicated CCV Live Production Specialist to serve as primary support for CCV Live, coordinate streaming and on-site production, and lead volunteer development. You will work with pastoral and production staff to ensure weekend services run smoothly across multiple roles.

The role requires 3+ years in live production, strong attention to detail, and a track record of training volunteers. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of live production experience.
• Sharp attention to detail and proven track record of managing systems and processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience successfully training volunteers or staff.
• Key hardware experience: Barco, Clearcom, Grand MA, Ross switchers, Grass Valley video servers, Panasonic Varicam, ROE, Brompton, Resi, Q-sys.
• Key software experience: Planning Center Online, Pro Presenter, Keynote, Resolume, MA on PC.

• Partner with the Peoria campus staff and Broadcast Production team to support services, events, and special projects, ensuring systems are prepared, organized, and issues are resolved quickly.
