Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a highly skilled broadcast engineer to build and maintain our broadcast infrastructure and lead ongoing testing and prototyping of our architecture. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams, vendors, and media operations to resolve issues and improve services.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least two years of broadcast engineering experience, with strong knowledge of IP networks, SMPTE 2110,

Qualifications

Master’s degree in EE/CS and 2 years of broadcast engineering experience
Experience with IP-based networks and SMPTE 2110 standards
Familiarity with cloud storage and AWS services for media workflows

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Fox’s broadcast infrastructure.
Conduct tests and prototype efforts to evolve architecture and infrastructure.
Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors on long term roadmaps.
Analyze dashboards to optimize system security and performance.
Support Media Operations in day-to-day technical issues.
