Job summary

You will support and install SDI and IP-based broadcast, RF, and production systems while enhancing software, hardware, servers, automation, and workflows to keep teams productive and compliant with industry standards. Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• Generally, 5+ years experience in related field preferred.
• Network certification required (Cisco, CompTIA Network+)
• SBE certification preferred
• At least 3 year broadcast operations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to partners and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support, maintain, and install SDI and IP-based broadcast, RF, and production systems.
• Set up and optimize software, hardware, servers, automation, and workflows for productivity.
• Collaborate with news to develop and support content workflow and systems integration.
• Operate and maintain mobile live trucks and associated equipment.
• Resolve complex problems under pressure and document technical plans.
