KRQE Media Group is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the Sales Department and help our team run efficiently in a fast-paced broadcast environment.

You will handle clerical tasks, ensure accurate order entry, traffic coordination, and accounting support while maintaining current traffic policies and forms. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum one year of clerical support or administrative experience, preferably in sales or media.
• Proficient with office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, scanners, fax).

Responsibilities

• Performs all clerical functions for the Sales Department.
• Maintains awareness of current traffic policies, practices and procedures.
• Enters order, traffic and accounting data using computers, ledgers, orders and other resources.
• Corresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems.
• Prepares forms and reports.
• Monitors inventory.
• Maintains files and other business records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
