Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of broadcast engineering experience.
• Ability to terminate broadcast and IT cables.
• Familiarity with RF, automation systems and network gear.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to coach and mentor others to improve skills.
• Provide desktop support and IT knowledge.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all broadcast and technology equipment in the facility.
• Support compliance with FCC, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and infrastructure.
• Participate in engineering and other technical projects.
• Evaluate, install, service, and maintain equipment and IT systems.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to meet company objectives.
• Perform other duties as needed.
