Job summary

K-LOVE & Air1 is seeking a Field Engineer II to support broadcast facilities across Arizona and surrounding states, ensuring high-quality signal and reliability. You will install, maintain, and optimize equipment, working with ministry guidelines and safety policies.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, collaboration with contract engineers, and timely on-site responses to outages and critical events. Occasional travel and on-site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, broadcast communications, or related field or 3+ years of related experience.
• SBE certification highly desirable.
• 4+ years in troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining broadcast equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair complex broadcast equipment including audio processors, transmission systems, and RF components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults down to component level.
• Coordinate with contract engineers and internal staff on projects.
