Job summary

Ilba is seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented Radio Broadcast Engineer to support their radio stations across Northern Illinois. This role involves troubleshooting FM, AM, and HD Radio facilities, ensuring compliance, and coordinating technical projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in broadcast engineering, telecommunications, IT networking, or a related technical field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between station locations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot FM, AM, HD Radio, and translator facilities.
• Support studio equipment including consoles, automation systems, and audio processors.
• Monitor and maintain transmitter sites, STL systems, and RF equipment.
