We are currently searching for a Broadcast Engineer in Charge (EIC) to fill a full-time role with our client, a worldwide outsourced production partner supporting premier content producers of live sports, entertainment, music, and corporate events.

About The Opportunity

As the Broadcast Engineer in Charge (EIC), you will lead the daily activities of the mobile unit and provide the normal maintenance activities required for a mobile unit to meet client requirements and operate to company standards.

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience working in television production technology with expertise and knowledge of technology, production, and equipment for major commercial and cable TV networks. You have a strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with clients and individuals of all levels to ensure customer satisfaction.

Travel Requirement: Must be willing and able to travel to live events as scheduled

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in television production technology with progressive managerial responsibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technology, equipment, facilities, and production for major commercial and cable television networks
  • Supervisory experience required, including project coordination, sales support, and other related activity
  • Ability to interface with clients and provide a high level of service and support.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to live events as scheduled
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations

Salary Range: $80k - $110k DOE

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Technical or B.S./Electronics field or Engineering preferred, however various combinations of education and experience will be considered
