Job summary

NBCUniversal's NBC Sports is seeking a Manager, Field Scheduling to oversee staffing, scheduling, and onboarding of technical personnel for remote productions and live events, coordinating with Operations, Production, and Technical Management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, with 5+ years in broadcast crewing or production operations, knowledge of union regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SCORE workforce management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in broadcast crewing, scheduling, or production operations.
• NBA experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Familiarity with union regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring and scheduling of NBC Sports personnel for remote productions.
• Coordinate crew logistics and staffing for live events.
• Create accurate crew sheets and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Support payroll and onboarding through SCORE system.
• Assist in onboarding and ongoing development of SCORE system.
• Identify and resolve staffing and scheduling risks.
• Address issues during events and perform special projects.
