Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Field Scheduling to oversee staffing, scheduling, and onboarding of technical personnel for NBC Sports remote productions and live events. The role collaborates with Operations, Production, and Technical Management to ensure full staffing and efficient crew logistics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in broadcast crewing or workforce planning, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with union regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in broadcast crewing, workforce scheduling, or production operations; NBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring and scheduling of NBC Sports personnel for remote productions and live events.
• Create accurate crew sheets and gather staffing requirements with Technical Managers, Operations, and Production Managers.
• Communicate crew and event information to Production Managers to support travel planning and logistics.
• Support payroll and onboarding processes for events and manage SCORE onboarding activities.
