The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You’ll operate the studio, monitor programming, and collaborate with talent and traffic teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with broadcast equipment and automation systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows.
• Monitor on-air programming for quality, timing, and FCC compliance.
• Coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams for smooth transitions and correct ad placement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and escalate as needed.
• Record, edit, and load audio content for playback using automation systems.
• Maintain logs and documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed.
