Skydance is seeking a Broadcast Associate for 60 Minutes to provide administrative, digital, and editorial support to one of the show's Executive Editors. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced newsroom.

This onsite role at 555 W 57th St, New York City, requires strong journalism background, attention to detail, discretion, and willingness to work overtime and weekends to meet deadlines.

• Handling all administrative duties, including answering phones, maintaining schedules, monitoring emails, booking travel, and doing expenses
• Coordinating meetings and story screenings for senior staff and producing teams
• Assisting with digital needs and components for the shows programming
• Maintaining the show's story pitch database and assisting the EP with story organization and show lineups
• Assisting senior staff and producing teams with digital and research needs
• Working with producer teams to prepare for a shoot, including assembling research binders, printing questions, and anticipating production needs

You possess strong communications skills, good knowledge of news and current events, and a keen attention to detail.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
