Key Responsibilities
  • The Fleet Manager, Broadcast and Media, provides technical, production, and project support for shipboard and shoreside operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of broadcast equipment and teaching skills to train others.
  • Supports content production and playback for Guest and Teammates TV, collaborates with onboard management for broadcast support improvements, and maintains broadcast equipment in entertainment spaces.
  • Acts as a liaison with vendors and technical staff, manages vendor content implementation, and supports revenue areas with commercial content creation.
  • Supervises and evaluates Broadcast Managers and Operators, supports video shoot setups, and recommends staff development.
  • Manages budgets, expenses, and revenue targets, maintains accurate records, and handles company travel expenses.
  • Creates and edits content for onboard entertainment, including TV programming and new initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Subject matter expert in broadcast, with leadership experience in diverse teams.
  • Ability to drive strategic discussions and collaborate with clients and partners on content initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience analyzing budgets, schedules, and production plans.
