Job summary

Pencor is seeking a motivated Broadband Sales Engineer to join its team in Carbon County, Palmerton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical implementation of Broadband Services and will interact with commercial customers, partners, and vendors on a daily basis.

The ideal applicant will have an Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field, 2-4 years of experience in enterprise or service provider environments, and complete a CCNA or similar course. Strong networking knowledge and exceptional customer service skills are also required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience in enterprise or service provider environments.
• Completed CCNA or similar courses with current certifications preferred.
• Established residency in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical implementation resource for customers purchasing Broadband Service.
• Interact daily with commercial customers, partners, and vendors.
• Oversee customer turn-ups and changes while handling multiple projects.
