Responsibilities

• Direct broadband infrastructure projects across planning, implementation, and close-out phases.
• Establish objectives, deliverables and expectations for stakeholders and teams.
• Create timelines, budgets, resource plans and task assignments.
• Track milestones, adjust schedules and resources to maintain progress.
• Review expenditures, grants, and contract changes against budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, government entities, and funding agencies.
• Prepare updates and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
