As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with Infineon’s U.S. Aerospace, Defense, and High reliability Broad market segment customers. The Regional Account Manager will have direct engagement with our Broad market customers located in the Western U.S to understand their technical requirements and challenges while promoting the Infineon IR HiRel semiconductor solutions to meet their project needs. Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for creating, leading, and winning opportunities that will increase revenue growth in your region
- Maintain opportunity tracking and accurate forecasting
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned territory and quantify Infineon IR HiRel’s opportunity potential at emerging and underpenetrated customers
- Identify the correct new customer contacts and proactively communicate to initiate an introductory meeting
- Coordinate Field Application resources in support of mapping customer requirements to Infineon IR HiRel solution proposals
- Identify and communicate customer requirements for incorporation into new product plans
- Maintain and grow personal product and segment knowledge
- Manage and facilitate resolution of customer issues
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:- High integrity with a personal commitment to excellence, a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial thinker with excellent judgment
- A minimum of 1 year of professional technical semiconductor sales. Understanding of the Aerospace, Defense, and Hi Reliability segment a plus
- The desire and ability to initiate new customer relationship engagements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in a simplified form
- Strong problem-solving skills
- BS degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent practical experience

Wage Range that the Company Expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $86,880.00 Salary per year
Maximum of $119,460.00 Salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
