Job description

We are a from-scratch kitchen, and everyone wears every hat. Our menu changes frequently, and we run weekend features focused on local products available and seasonality. Everyone in the kitchen will have the experience of brainstorming, building off of each other's input, and helping to create these features and new menu items. Expected hours are around 30 per week with a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

Skill set needed:
  • Basic kitchen knowledge (knife skills, basic kitchen equipment use, etc.)
  • Ability to understand and follow recipes
  • Work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in safe and proper food handling
  • Reliable in transportation and work ethic
  • Able to work cleanly and organized
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn new skills
Education:
  • Minimum of 1-year of culinary experience
  • ServSafe certification is a plus, not required
