Qualifications

• Solid grounding in marketing and digital marketing; willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience in some areas of digital marketing is fine; attitude and curiosity matter.
• Ability to research, teach yourself new skills and find solutions when faced with unfamiliar tasks.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing website and e‑commerce content
• Creating engaging social media and digital content
• Supporting SEO and paid digital activity
• Planning and delivering email marketing campaigns
• Supporting seasonal campaigns, promotions and events
• Using analytics and reporting to understand performance
• Helping to improve the customer journey and online experience
• Supporting traditional marketing activity including print, advertising and promotional materials
• Working with colleagues and external suppliers to deliver marketing activity
