The Prep Cook is responsible for planning, prepping, setting up, and providing quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials, in accordance with company standards. This includes maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and embodying a philosophy aligned with our company culture, serving as a guide to all team members.
