Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and efficient service of menu items and beverages to guests, adhering to company standards.
  • Assist in maintaining the restaurant and equipment through opening and closing checklists.
  • Create a welcoming environment that values guest service, ensuring every contact exceeds expectations and encourages repeat business.
  • Foster a high-energy environment that promotes engagement and enjoyment for guests and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members, maintaining an open and respectful work environment.
  • Make sound decisions that benefit guests and the team, demonstrating confidence and competence.
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol service age requirements and responsible serving practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, presentation, and proper service standards.

  • Transport food and beverages efficiently, lifting a minimum of 30 lbs, and maintain coordination during service.
  • Handle guest checks and credit card transactions accurately, following cash handling procedures.
