Description

The Host courteously greets and escorts guests to tables, assists in seating guests efficiently according to company standards, and maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times. You will help prepare the restaurant for service and embody a philosophy aligned with our company's culture.

Requirements
Essential Job Functions
  • Create an operation that values Guest Service standards, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations and encourages repeat business.

  • Ensure compliance with policies regarding intoxicated guests and legal regulations, including liquor laws.
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, safety procedures, and menu details, including ingredients, presentation, and standards.
  • Escort guests to tables, present menus, and ensure courteous departures.
  • Stay organized, focused, and able to multitask effectively during service.
  • Inspect tables and stations regularly, relaying deficiencies for immediate correction.
  • Perform physical movements necessary for the job and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure tables are cleaned and reset according to standards.
