The Host courteously greets and escorts guests to tables, assists in seating guests efficiently in accordance with company standards, and helps prepare the restaurant for service while maintaining cleanliness at all times. You will also help direct, implement, and uphold a philosophy aligned with the Company's culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.

  • Follow all policies regarding responsible alcohol service, including checking IDs and identifying intoxicated guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and property layout.
  • Be knowledgeable about all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
  • Escort guests to tables, present menus, and extend courteous farewells.
  • Stay organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly when serving multiple guests.
  • Inspect tables and stations to meet departmental standards and relay deficiencies for immediate correction.
  • Perform physical movements required for the role and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure tables are cleaned and reset properly after each guest.
Additional Info

One to two years of experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
