The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and supporting the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Performs physical movements required for the job and works with minimal supervision.
• Inspects cleanliness and organization of workstations, rectifies deficiencies, and maintains standards throughout the shift.
• Retrieves, sorts, and washes dishes following safety standards.
