Role Overview

The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role aligns with our company culture, serving as a guide to all team members.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform physical movements throughout the work area as required.
  • Work with minimal supervision and maintain high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of workstations, rectify deficiencies, and ensure organization throughout the shift.
  • Handle dishwashing duties, including retrieving, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwasher system, following all safety standards.
