The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role also involves supporting a positive, high-energy environment aligned with the Company culture.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Ensure every point of contact with the Guest meets or exceeds expectations to create a lasting impression and encourage repeat business.
  2. Create and contribute to a high-energy environment that promotes maximum engagement and enjoyment for the Family and Guests.
  3. Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering an open and respectful work environment.
  4. Model and execute company practices throughout the operation, creating a positive environment for both staff and guests.
  5. Make sound, effective decisions that benefit guests and team members.
  6. Provide prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
  7. Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards.
  8. Comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
  9. Document all accidents and incidents as per company policies.
  10. Maintain knowledge of property layouts, table setups, capacity, hours of operation, pricing, and dress codes.
  11. Perform physical movements throughout the work area as required.
  12. Operate with minimal supervision.
  13. Follow sanitation and health regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations.
  14. Retrieve, sort, and clean dishes efficiently, following all safety standards.
