The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role involves supporting a positive team environment aligned with company culture.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintains knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes.
  • Performs physical movements throughout the work area efficiently.
  • Works with minimal supervision.
  • Adheres to all sanitation/health regulations and Company standards.
  • Inspects cleanliness and organization of workstations, rectifies deficiencies, and maintains standards throughout the shift.
  • Retrieves, sorts, and shelves dishes following safety precautions and standards.
Additional Info

One to two years of experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
