The Server Assistant supports the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff to ensure smooth guest service operations. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and embodying the company culture to all staff members.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Ensure every guest interaction meets or exceeds expectations to foster repeat business.
  2. Create a high-energy environment that promotes engagement and enjoyment for guests and staff.
  3. Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering an open and respectful environment.
  4. Model and uphold company practices to maintain a positive environment for guests and staff.
  5. Make sound, effective decisions that benefit guests and the team.
  6. Provide prompt, friendly service following company standards.
  7. Maintain professionalism and adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  8. Ensure proper documentation of accidents and incidents.
  9. Be knowledgeable about property layout, menu items, and service standards.
  10. Stay organized and focused when serving multiple guests.
  11. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and guest areas.
  12. Assist with table service, including setting, clearing, and replenishing.
  13. Buss tables and support staff with guest needs.
