Resolution Think, LLC invites qualified Athletic Trainers to join our Fort Irwin team. The AT will provide forward MSK care, injury prevention, and performance optimization for brigade-level units, under supervision of a government healthcare provider.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Athletic Training, CAATE accreditation, US state licensure, BOC passing score, and US Citizenship. Expect 40-hour weeks with varied field environments and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training required.
• CAATE accreditation from a recognized college/university.
• Unrestricted state license/registration/certification in any US state or DC/territory.
• Passing score from the BOC for Athletic Trainer.
• NPI credentialing requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned units at brigade/battalion/company levels.
• Provide forward MSK care, early medical intervention, injury prevention, and performance optimization in multiple settings.
• Ensure medical treatment is under supervision of a privileged government healthcare provider.
• Observe training events at various environments.
• Maintain BLS and AED certifications with AHA/Red Cross logos.
• Communicate effectively with trainees and staff in English.
• Interact with diverse Soldiers and demonstrate initiative.
• Operate Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
• Participate in government-based education and in-service training.
• Engage in continuing education for AT license renewals.
• Maintain current certifications and CAF documentation.
