Bridges to Success Metro West in Hutchinson, MN seeks a part-time BRIDGES Counselor to work 1:1 with adults with disabilities, delivering essential services across daily living, communication, mobility, and social skills. Flexible hours and a competitive $20/hour pay rate reflect experience and need for reliable support in the community.

The role emphasizes independent living, self-care, and behavioral support, with transportation duties requiring a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
• OR an Associate’s Degree in a Social Services Discipline.
• OR two years (4,174 hours) of supervised experience with individuals with challenging behaviors, co-occurring mental disorders, or neurocognitive disorders.
• A valid Driver’s License, clean MVR, and auto insurance (personal vehicle required for client transport).
• A working mobile device capable of calls and documentation apps.
• Strong decision-making skills, reliability, and flexibility.
• A positive mindset!
