Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide consistent support with daily tasks, maintaining structure and progress in clients’ recovery.
• Build strong, supportive relationships without control, offering emotional and practical support to empower clients.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and organization of the living environment.
• Help clients manage medical appointments and encourage physical and social activity, offering guidance without being overbearing.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Ideally 2–3 years in disability care; compassion and an understanding approach are most important.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a reference from a personal or professional contact.
• Age: Minimum 18 years old.
