Bridges and Structures

Summary
Bring your structural expertise to a leadership role as a Bridge and Structures Project Engineer. You will oversee design and analysis, serve as engineer-of-record, and apply standards such as AASHTO LRFD, the International Building Code, and ASCE 7. Mentoring junior staff and collaborating with seasoned professionals will be key. If licensed (or able to obtain licensure within six months), and ready to lead and contribute, apply. This role can be based in Portland or Lake Oswego.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Successful candidates will perform essential duties including modeling complex structures, preparing calculations and reports, mentoring team members, and ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and structural analysis tools is required.
