Cagayan State University is seeking a motivated civil engineering student to support on-site inspections, CAD drafting, and basic calculations under licensed supervision in Chicago, IL.

You'll gain hands-on experience by preparing plan drawings, organizing design calculations, and assisting project teams to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and strong communication within a team.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college civil engineering program.
• Experience with CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Punctuality and maturity with ability to work with minimal direction.
• Ability to work outdoors for limited field assignments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with on-site inspections and limited field assignments.
• Utilize CAD programs to assist in the preparation of plan drawings and details.
• Perform rudimentary calculations under the direction of a licensed engineer.
• Assist with preparation of technical specifications and reports.
• Perform material quantity take-offs.
• Organize design calculations.
• Assist project teams in meeting deadlines as needed.
