Job summary

High Structural Erectors LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the project management team in identifying opportunities, preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates, and executing awarded bridge and concrete parking garage projects. Role requires strong communication, multi-project management, and reading of drawings.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering background with 5+ years in construction management and proficiency in MS Office; SAP/Hard

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in construction management is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
• Experience with SAP and Hard Dollar Estimating software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying projects and preparing cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
• Assist in executing awarded projects for erection of bridges (steel and concrete) and parking garages.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy of project estimates.
• Coordinate with project management team and customers to grow backlog and ensure on-time project delivery.
