Qualifications

• 5 years related experience if not degreed in a related field of study preferred.
• Preferred minimum 3 years of estimating on heavy civil projects experience.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals and specifications to determine scope.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for cost-effective solutions.
• Review and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes.
