The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience in structural engineering, especially with transportation projects, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license. Qualifications

• 15+ years of structural engineering experience with bridges.
• Experience with PennDOT design criteria and AASHTO LRFD.
• Ability to manage and lead engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for bridges and related structures.
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and specifications.
• Manage multiple structural projects including budgets and schedules.
