The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and a PE license. Responsibilities include leading project delivery, managing multiple projects, and mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with bridges or transportation structures.
• Professional Engineer (PE) required; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred.
• Experience with PennDOT design criteria and AASHTO LRFD specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for various transportation-related structures.
• Manage multiple structural projects, including budgets and schedules.
• Conduct quality control reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
