What we're looking for

We are seeking a Bridge Department Manager for our Structural/Bridge practice in Ontario, CA. You will coordinate the bridge projects, handle the age of the structure group, and ensure project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety. You will also support business development and client relationships.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Engineering Management.
  • California P.E. license required.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in bridge and transportation engineering.

A bonus if you have

  • Familiarity with Caltrans standards and procedures.
  • Proficiency with bridge analysis and design software.
  • Experience with MicroStation and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lead and interact with multi-disciplined teams.
  • Background in business development and proposal writing.
  • Experience leading structure-related projects for Caltrans or other local agencies preferred.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $175,000 - $250,000. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
