Job summary

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with licensure or eligibility to sign engineering documents.
• Experience leading or supervising engineering teams is preferred.
• Must meet Ohio professional engineer requirements and driver license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Ohio bridge standards and related publications.
• Research and support policy design, construction, and maintenance for bridges.
• Advise stakeholders on bridge policy and project issues.
• Utilize engineering software and manuals for design work.
• Manage projects related to policy development and lead training classes.
• Conduct QA reviews and sign engineering documents as a licensed engineer.
