Job summary

Curtis Contracting, Inc. in Virginia seeks a Bridge Repair Operations Foreman to lead field crews on bridge maintenance and repair projects, ensuring safety and quality on every task. You will translate schedules into daily plans, coordinate inspections, materials and equipment, and work with subcontractors to keep work flowing. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of construction leadership, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license, with proven bridge-structure experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of construction experience with leadership in the field.
• Experience in bridge structure construction as foreman, superintendent, or lead.
• Strong organizer and communicator—adept at logistics, scheduling, and inspections.
• OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
