Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
• AICP certification and PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project scope and fee quotation and assist in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and client satisfaction.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Implement the firm’s project delivery plan and lead development and execution of the project management plan; supervise and mentor the team.
• Oversee project staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews; support staffing plans and salary reviews.
• Partner with client service leaders to assist with business development and pursue mega projects; lead proposal development and presentations.
