Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
• Procurement of construction materials
• Monitor project costs in real-time (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors)
• Prepare monthly or quarterly cost-to-complete reports
• Update cost reports regularly and flag any variances
• Compare actual costs against budgeted amounts
• Compare planned progress vs. actual progress in terms of cost and schedule
• Evaluate whether the project is ahead/behind schedule or over/under budget
• Coordination of subcontractors
• Project estimating
