Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects by reviewing blueprints and specifications to estimate costs.
• Calculate quantities of paints, coatings, primers, abrasives, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare detailed bids considering environmental and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and clients to finalize estimates.
• Identify risks during estimating and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain records of project costs for future reference.
