The role requires working nights and weekends when needed, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn new skills including light power tools and potentially heavy equipment operation. Applicants should have strong physical fitness, basic math, and the ability to follow directions and communicate with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must understand work directions and communicate with supervisors and crew.
• Bridge construction and heavy equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills helpful for measurements and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform bridge labor tasks as directed by site supervisors.
• Assist with general construction duties and safety compliance.
• Operate or learn to operate basic hand tools and equipment as assigned.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bridge Construction experience: 1 year preferred
