Job summary

HDR invites next‑generation engineers to join as Bridge Intern Summer 2027 in Pittsburgh, a temporary full‑time internship. You’ll work on exciting projects, gain real‑world experience, and connect with company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.

You’ll apply standard engineering techniques under supervision, develop strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and contribute to HDR’s employee‑owned culture that values diverse perspectives and inclusive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
• Prefer 3 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
• Local candidates preferred
