LeoForce, a growing engineering firm with a strong reputation for major infrastructure projects in New York and New Jersey, seeks a Senior Bridge Inspector Team Lead in Princeton, NJ. The role is full‑time with benefits and offers growth within long‑term programs.

You will lead inspection teams, manage field operations, and ensure quality control across highway projects. Remote work is available one day per week in a collaborative, mentorship‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• NICET and/or NETTCP certification, depending on jurisdiction.
• TCC (Traffic Control Coordinator) and/or ATSSA certification, depending on jurisdiction.
• ASI or equivalent materials testing certification.
• NJ SAT (Superpave Asphalt Technician) or equivalent pavement certification.
• Highway materials inspection expertise (concrete, asphalt, aggregates, steel).
• Transportation infrastructure site inspection and quality control skills.
• Experience in highway construction inspection and asphalt technologies.
• Transportation construction management abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge inspection teams on major projects in NY/NJ.
• Ensure compliance with DOT specs, MUTCD standards and project QA QC.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including field crews and supervisors.
• Mentor junior inspectors and support staff on site.
• Deliver thorough inspections and accurate reporting for NBIS compliance.
